My Students

I teach sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade band! My students are immensely excited about starting this year.

My students are passionate, eager, and exceptional learners.

They are some of the most caring and open students I have ever witnessed.

These students work incredibly hard each and every day to become the best musicians that they can. We work on skills that are about so much more than music. My class teaches valuable life skills that will enhance learning beyond just my room!

My Project

My students and I are seeking funding to obtain some basic materials for our classroom. We use all of the items that are being requested on a daily basis as we seek to improve our skills while also maintaining the basic organization of ourselves and the classroom.

Paper, markers, erasers, and hand sanitizers are in high demand in our classroom!

We use the markers to create music on our dry-erase boards to help each other with writing rhythms and discovering new facets of our music in a larger format.

The need for paper is always high in my classroom with the amount of paper-pencil assessments that we perform on a weekly basis and we would be grateful for your support of these items!
