My Project
My students walk into our classroom each day with energy, curiosity, and a desire to learn. They come from a variety of backgrounds, but they all share one thing in common — they attend a Title I school where 100% of our students receive free lunch. Many of our families face financial challenges, and providing even the most basic school supplies can be difficult.
In our 3rd grade Early Intervention Program (EIP), we focus on building foundational literacy and math skills to help close learning gaps.
My students work incredibly hard, but too often, we lack the simple tools they need — pencils, notebooks, folders, dry-erase markers, and other basic materials that support day-to-day learning.
This project will provide the essential supplies that every child deserves to have. With your support, my students will have access to the tools they need to stay engaged, organized, and confident in their learning. When students don’t have to worry about whether they have a pencil or a place to keep their work, they can focus on what truly matters — growing as learners.
