My Project

I am requesting basic supplies for my classroom community. We share supplies, and I always try to have supplies ready and available for students as they need to use them. These are simple supplies that we use every single day. The dry erase markers are used for showing our math thinking on the white board table. The highlighters are used for us to check our work. The regular markers are used to draw our math sketches using different colors for visuals. The binder clips, paper clips, folders and binders are used to organize student data and paper materials.

These supplies are simple, but they help my students to stay on task.

If the students can stay engaged in the learning process, it will increase their success!

My role as an Academic Intervention Specialist is to work with students that need extra math support. If I can increase student engagement with the right tools, we use every minute for learning. Increased engagement provides me more time to provide frequent feedback. Then, I can help them to be successful lifelong learners!
