This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our second grade classroom, I try to give my students plenty of opportunities to be creative. Students love to create art projects about the different units we study. We study topics like Greek myths, the human body, Native Americans, Fairy Tales/Folk Tales, etc. My classroom needs markers, colored pencils, construction paper, and other basic supplies.

These supplies will help my students be creative in the classroom.

Students would love to have new supplies for in class projects. By letting students total creative freedom they are more likely to retain the information.
