Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students are an amazing group of middle schoolers. We have access to limited funds to purchase basic supplies at the beginning of the school year.

I want to ensure my students have quality materials they can use for the remainder of the school year and start next year on the right foot.

We have started to run out of materials and some, pencils, erasers, scissors, and pouches. Our class loves working on the floor so we are requesting floor cushions. These supplies will support my students for the remainder of the year and we will continue to utilize them into the next school year. The materials we've chosen will help us in the classroom on a daily basis!
