My Project

My students are an amazing group of high schoolers who receive instruction in a low income, rural area. They are all creative, hilarious, and hard workers. I'm so proud of the progress they have made so far this year. I teach at a Title I school, meaning at least 40 percent of children enrolled come from low-income families. We have access to limited funds to purchase basic supplies at the beginning of the school year.

I want to ensure my students have quality materials they can use for the remainder of the school year and start next year on the right foot with my new students.

I am asking for pencils, pens, sticky notes, scissors, binder dividers, and other materials so that the students already have it in stock when they are in my classroom. I am also asking for headphones for students when they have to watch videos about the lesson, the LED lights are just a fun addition for the smart board to make the classroom more inviting. The materials we've chosen will help us in the classroom on a daily basis!
