This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting various types of basic supplies such as dry erase markers, crayons, colored pencils, dry erase boards and erasers for students to develop their fine motor skills!
These materials will help to improve the students reading and handwriting skills.
By improving a students visual motor skills and handwriting they will be more successful in the classroom setting. When a student is more successful it helps to boost a students self-esteem.
Fine and visual motor skills are a necessary prerequisite for managing school tools (pencils, crayons, markers, scissors, glue) in the classroom. They also help in the development of their handwriting and typing skills.
