This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom needs school supplies like pencils, erasers, colored pencils, copy paper, and writing paper. My students deserve to have all the resources needed for children to learn and feel valued in school. Study shows ample evidence that one of the major differences between poor and good learners is the difference in the quantity of the total time they spend engaged in learning. These are basic school supplies that should be provided to all students. These materials are part of our daily learning routine.
All my students live in a poverty area in the city.
I want to give them the opportunity to experience a beautiful and fascinating world when they come to school. This way, we will be providing all students equal opportunities to learn and thrive.
