My Project
The supplies I am requesting will help my students stay organized. Their binders will be individualized and organized by class period and left in the classroom. Students will keep their binders organized with tabs, where they will keep daily worksheets, reading logs, essay drafts, quizzes, notes, and more. Students will be able to refer back to old work easily and see their progress over time with this arrangement.
Students must be able to practice hand-writing in addition to typing.
By including lined paper in my classroom, students are able to write revisions of drafts before typing out final writing assignments, and we will reduce eye strain by limiting screen time. Assignments done on lined paper will be kept in the binders. Highlighters are also essential for student annotation and marking-the-text skills, which should be done on paper.
