The end of the year is approaching and we are running low on supplies that are essential for learning. The glue has dried out and all of the pencils have gone missing. I am asking for these supplies to help my second graders finish the year strong. This group of second graders had to learn how to sit on a rug together this year because they didn't have a rug last year due to the pandemic. However now that they are almost third graders we are having a hard time fitting on my small rug. A rug is essential to build classroom community especially since the sense of community has lost since pandemic. We love to gather together for listening to stories, math talks, and breaking out into some dances. By donating to our project you will be helping a wonderful group of second graders get back to a "normal" school year.
