Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The materials requested in this project will be available for my students every day in the classroom. As a part of our science classroom, my students are constantly working with manipulatives, analyzing data, and making sense of real-world phenomena. They keep an organized science notebook throughout the year to keep up with all of the content they work through. My students take pride in the work that they do in our classroom and want to ensure they have what they need in and out of my classroom to continue their mastery of the content.

These materials will be readily available for them in the classroom to ensure they're staying organized and can continue to make connections with the content.

The supplies requested not only help them in their educational journey, but also helps them practice valuable life skills within my classroom, especially organization.
