My Project

The supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a place in our classroom and will help replenish our low supplies. The large chart paper will be placed in the front of the classroom and used during mini-lessons to create anchor charts. The paper, markers, and other supplies will be used by the students, so that they may create their weather books during our reading unit.

With implementing the new ARC reading program, my students are doing a great deal of reading, researching, and writing.

As such, my students will begin to see themselves as true authors and illustrators. We will use these materials to aid us in becoming life-long writers.
