Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am planning ahead for a terrific 2025-2026 school year! I am hoping to procure some of the basic school supplies that are needed for every child entering in the primary grades.

Crayons, pencils, scissors, and glue are the foundational tools for success to help us start off the school year on the right foot!

I am hoping to get a new set of alphabet letters and numbers for our bulletin board for the children to refer to often. Any wandering eyes in the classroom will always have letters, numbers, and shapes to look at and from which to learn.

Magnets for labels and names will help me to group children for activities and lessons, label parts of insects or the human body, or to hold student work on the magnetic boards.

It is my hope to have these supplies early, before the school year begins, if possible, so that I can have the tools the children need to apply themselves whole-heartedly in everything we will do.
