Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This school year is almost over and I need to start preparing for the next group of kindergarten students I will receive.

My kindergarten students will need pencils, pencil boxes, glue sticks, and scissors for the beginning of the new school year.

The jumbo triangular pencils will reinforce proper pencil grip and are specially designed for small hands to hold. The pencil boxes will promote student organization and responsibility and will help my students maintain an orderly desk with their individual supplies. The glue sticks and scissors will be used for any and all classwork that requires cutting and pasting. Working with thick pencils, scissors, and glue sticks will also help to strengthen their fine motor skills and develop their hand-eye coordination.
