This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I teach at a New Orleans public school. My students are lagging behind because of COVID . We are trying to get them to do STEM projects in Science. We needed laminating pouches for creating center activities with cards. Also a few sharpies with different colors will be used by students to do science activities and make diagrams in science. Most of our parents are on board but we can’t expect them to buy us these essentials . Most of our parents are working two or more jobs to make ends meet. Your kindness will help me get these things for my classroom and then we can learn about STEM subjects.
