My Project
My students are bright and kind but many families are facing financial difficulties. As a result students come to school hungry and lack suitable clothing for winter weather. Providing kids with snacks enables them to focus on learning and making good social choices. Blankets allow students to go to recess on cold days and interact with friends. There are five levels in Maslow's hierarchy of needs: physiological (food and clothing), safety (job security), love and belonging needs (friendship), esteem, and self-actualization.By funding this project you will aid students in fulfilling the three bottom tiers. This will boost their ability to learn and achieve their goals.
