Basic Needs for Children With Special Needs

Help me give my students markers, headphones, a new sensory fish lamp, sand to make sensory bins, pencils, pencil sharpener, markers, and other basic needs for children with special needs. Snacks for taking home or treats.

My Project

My students are special needs with a variety of abilities and disabilities. My request for the make-believe fish tank will help make a calming area in our sensory room. The children have one sensory bin, but I would love to create more bins with the sand. Markers and pencils will help students to express themselves and escape their everyday challenges. With headphones, students will be able to enjoy books as well as do assignments if they are blind or even unable to read. With any classroom needs, children go through pencils, markers, and occasionally a sharpener. Wipes for those messy art projects and keeping our class clean and sanitized.
