Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I hope this message finds you well. As we move further into the school year, I wanted to reach out and share a few small—but meaningful—ways we can help our classroom run more smoothly and support our students in staying engaged and prepared.

Our classroom could greatly benefit from some basic supplies: Kleenex, candy prizes, folders, dry erase markers, erasers, and other materials.

While these may seem like simple items, they make a big impact on our daily learning environment.

Kleenex helps us maintain a clean, healthy space, especially during allergy and cold seasons.

Candy prizes serve as a fun, low-cost incentive that encourages participation, motivation, and good behavior.

Folders help students stay organized and take pride in managing their work.

Dry erase markers and erasers are essential tools for interactive lessons and student engagement on whiteboards.

These supplies often come out of teachers’ pockets, and any help we can get goes a long way toward making our classroom feel more supported, cared for, and equipped.

If you’re able to contribute in any way—whether through donating items, helping us stock up on basics, or simply spreading the word—it would mean so much.
