This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a group of the most hardworking and motivated kindergarteners in the world. They come from diverse cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic backgrounds and care for each other in inspirational ways. The materials that we are requesting in this project are basic classroom supplies that help keep us organized. The materials will help us display our learning, create focus walls, and organize activities for easy storage.
My students may be young but they love to share their independence and new skills.
Hooks, command strips, and painters tape allow them to display the work they are most proud of. Markers, magnets, and stickers allow me to create engaging activities for hands on learning but unfortunately these materials need to be restocked throughout the year.
