Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
One of the goals of our program is to have as many players participating as possible. However, it is very difficult to keep all athletes engaged if there is not enough equipment for all of them. Additional baseballs will allow the coaching staff to create stations for our student-athletes to work on different drills while the coaching staff is instructing elsewhere. Limiting downtime allows us to maximize our practice time and expedites progress for our players. We are looking forward to being able allow our athletes to work constantly during practice without the delay of waiting for equipment to become available.
