it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a coach for a New York City middle school baseball team, my student athletes cannot afford the proper and necessary equipment in order to thrive and be successful on and off the field. These gloves and brand new baseballs will allow my players to practices with good and essential equipment. My players come from impoverished backgrounds and often do not have a glove or balls to play the game the love and want to get better at. Watching my players grow in the classroom and on the athletic field is something I take great pride in and these gloves would really benefit them by gaining confidence and joy in athletic competition.
