My Project
FCA, a small public school in Chicago, is rallying for your support to empower our baseball team. As an equity school, we take pride in providing opportunities for all students, and our baseball team is no exception. Currently, a significant number of our players lack access to personal baseball bats, hindering our ability to conduct cohesive team practices. This challenge is compounded by the presence of newcomers from Venezuela, who have enriched our team with diverse perspectives and shared enthusiasm for the game. To address this, we have launched a DonorsChoose project, seeking donations to equip our players with the bats they need for inclusive and comprehensive batting practice sessions. Your support will directly impact the growth and unity of our team, fostering an environment where every player can thrive.
