Help me give my students with some basic supplies. Not only will you be giving them supplies like pens, paper, and glue, but you will also a help student be comfortable in a very cramped classroom.
My students are addicted to hands on activities! What's a better way to learn than with hands on activities. My students love to work with the materials in a kinesthetic manner. The students I work with are from a very diverse background. My students want to discover answers and learn in ways that they have never experienced before. With our diverse population, these learning experiences are the key to success.

My Project
A high school classroom can be so dull... students can be bogged down by the constant boring note taking. However, in my class, notes are created to be hands on and fun!
Mrs Zamora, these notes are actually helpful!This is a phrase that I hear often.
My students put together Interactive Notebooks. The notes we create are hands on and allow students to demonstrate their understanding of a topic in many creative ways. We create many foldabes and glue in activities on a daily basis.
In order to create these notes, we must have certain supplies. The bright colored paper is a student favorite. It adds pizzazz to their notes and allows them to find things much easier. Students like to color their notes with colored pencils. We do a lot of gluing with our activities and foldables. The school supplies I am asking for will allow students to create an Interactive notebook that is unique for them.
I am also asking for some lap desks and stackable stools. Our classroom is very small! With students having to sit on the floor because there are not enough desk, the lap desks and stools will help alleviate so discomfort and give students a place to work.
