Help me give my students the bare necessities needed succeed in creating personally satisfying artwork and enriching and resourceful classroom environment.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are from a low income neighborhood in South side of Chicago. They are curious learners and active children and adolescents who are constantly exploring the world around them.. My students love art projects where they can express themselves freely, and make a beautiful mess while doing so!
My students seek guidance, love, and a nurturing classroom environment that allows their creativity to soar.
Every student enjoys sharing their creative ideas, and love to actively participate in helping with organizational and instructional tasks in the art room. Self-driven, my students are highly engaged in the learning process when given a chance to work independently. They love to explore and try new things.
My Project
By providing students with the bare necessities for art making, such as pencils and scissors, we will be able to continue the art-making process all throughout the school year. Each student will have their own supply of art-making materials.
By donating to this project, you will help all of my students have the tools necessary to create art!
These supplies will be love and used by every student at this school. By having these supplies, each student will be able to have their own individual tools needed to focus and create a beautiful work of art without having to share with another classmate.
