My Project

All students want to come into an organized classroom. It makes them feel like everything and everyone has their own special place.

I like to use individual pencil boxes that are velcroed to each student's space.

This allows students to have a space to store their own pencils and erasers. The baskets will hold students' reading books and primary journals. Primary journals are where students will organize their own thoughts.

Each student is special in his or her own way and so is their space. I want students to know that their teacher has worked to give them each a special space within our classroom community.
