This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my athletes' excitement and commitment to learn soccer. These girls come from a lower-income community and are learning to love the game and the value of being part of a team. They show up ready to grow and improve, both as players and teammates. More soccer balls mean each player can fully participate, practice new skills, and build confidence without anyone sitting out.
With these soccer balls, we can make practice more active and inclusive.
We will use the size 5 soccer balls to enhance their soccer abilities, and the futsal balls for indoor control and precision.
My goal is to help these girls learn, grow, and love the game. They're hardworking and, resilient, and deserve every chance to succeed. With your support, we can make each practice meaningful.
