This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are dedicated, determined, and eager to learn. They come from many multi-cultural backgrounds and have so much to offer. Many of them are from lower socio-economic backgrounds and are not always exposed to the resources necessary to ensure full enrichment.

Our school is a true melting pot with students from all religious and cultural backgrounds.

Each student brings a fresh and unique perspective to the classroom. This exposure to such diversity only enhances our classroom as it relates to the real world.

My Project

These basketballs will help the athletes on my basketball team by ensuring they have the tools necessary to succeed on the court. Each player will have his/her own basketball, which would make it much easier to perform drills.

Individual skill development is critical, and making sure we have the right equipment will prove to be the difference.

These new balls will help save time and will allow each player to concentrate and focus on his or her own specific areas of improvement. Each player has an individual goal, and having a personal basketball will surely allow them to attain those goals.
