Help me give my students a safe and comfortable environment to improve their technique. The fan will help keep our windowless classroom cool and keep dancers from overheating. The hip flexor materials and numbers will help prevent injuries.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love how dedicated my students are to continue their personal growth and technical dance development. They devote time during and after school to train their bodies to become stronger dancers, athletic performers, and to learn more about the anatomy and physiology of dancers. My students are beyond special because they not only participate as dancers but volunteer their time to be coaches to my younger students, and my goal is to help them keep them healthy and focused so that they always put their best foot forward and continue to show up for themselves and their team.
