My Students

The DiChiaro community really cares about their school. Its the kind of school that people return to. Its more like a family. The students that attend DiChiaro are from an underfunded school district with very limited supplies. Our budget, "when we actually get one" does not cover what we need for our programs, therefore we need to reach out to you to try to help us.

Our students are a wonderful mix of different socioeconomic backgrounds and diversified nationalities.

One thing they all have in common is they do the best what what they have. This is a lovely school but our Physical Education Program is severely underfunded.

My Project

This is a new project that I would like to introduce to my students. Its a great game for Eye-Hand Coordination, Reaction Time, Agility and so much more. I plan on teaching this unit this year but unfortunately, do not have the budget to start this project. With your help, I will be able to open up a brand new sport for them and give them exposure to this wonderful sport. In this proposal, I am asking for 17 Badminton Rackets, 3 cans of Birdies, and some organizational storage. The D. School Community has wonderful students that deserve so much, with your help we can get them a new exposure. Badminton is a great social activity that they will be able to play for years to come!
