Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

It's the first day of school and you're so excited about being in a new grade, with new friends and a new teacher but you still have that same old backpack or you don't have one. This describes a few of my students over the past few years. Every summer I go shopping for school supplies for my students. The basic pencils, crayons, notebooks, folders, etc... So I am asking for your help with the backpacks. These backpacks will allow all my students to come to school equally prepared.

My goal is to provide my students with a new back that would last throughout the year.

Preparation is the key to success and I would like to help my students to be prepared for 3rd grade with a backpack filled with supplies. With your support, you can help me provide backpacks for all of my students.
