This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like for each of my students to have their own personal brand-new backpack!

Not every student currently has a backpack and some are using hand-me-downs from a sibling.

Inside of each backpack, I will place a few pairs of socks to keep their toes warm! I will also place a few bags of chips that they can eat in their homes when they want a snack. I will include a few pencils and crayons and a book that are not items I requested in this project.
