My Students

My students LOVE music! My primary music classroom is a place where students have the chance to sing, dance, move creatively, and have their minds opened to the wonderful world of music each week! It is my joy to teach children the fundamentals of music so that, if they choose to, they will have a solid foundation to build upon for future singing or instrumental endeavors.

I serve in a district that values the arts highly, so I take my job of introducing young students to the wonders of music very seriously.

Please consider helping me fill my music classroom with amazing resources for the kids to have fun with and to help them lay an excellent foundation for their future music endeavors.

My Project

My preKs are awesome! They love to learn and they love music. I love having them in my classroom each week.

I am requesting a super small and portable backpacker guitar to use with preK, since their singing needs a little more support than my older students.

My Ks and 1st grade students sing much more a cappella music, but my preKs need the support of a small folk instrument to assist us in our weekly music lessons. This guitar would be easy to store and use and could even be taken outside to have music class outdoors when the weather permits! Thanks for your consideration!
