Help me give my students a quality pencil sharpener, wood pencils, mechanical pencils, pens, drawing paper and coloring sheets... a small and basic way to meet student needs by recognizing individual preferences!

My Students
My students are natural leaders who are still honing in on their skills and discovering their confidence. With their focus on academics during a global pandemic, they are becoming leaders who will remind the world what unique learners can do when given the space and freedom to just go get it done! Many of them come from homes where their leadership is depended on, as their parents are gone a lot -- making a living with the hopes that their scholars will reach greater success than themselves in this highly competitive and often unfair world. Despite their documented disabilities, my students have the grit and perseverance needed to reach their goals whether learning remotely, in person, or in a hybrid format.
My Project
The materials and supplies I am requesting are basic necessities for students! Too often, students are expected (sometimes even required!) to submit assignments electronically/digitally. My students are unique learners, and many of them have strong preferences regarding how they would prefer to show their work. Some students want the old fashioned wood pencil and notebook paper, others prefer the smooth glide of a nice pen.
Additionally, struggling students will use drawing, coloring, or creative writing as an acceptable and healthy way to re-center and put focus back into a positive mindset after a stressful event or task.
The generous donation of the items I have requested will provide my students with ample opportunity to grab their writing utensil of choice (sharpen it, if so needed) and get right to work... either on educational curriculum or on their own social-emotional health and well being.
