Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Budget cuts across the country are affecting school classrooms. My principal is amazing and focused on the success of each of our students, but her hands are tied when it comes to the size of our budget. If I can secure supplies through other sources, it not only provides the materials my students use but also can help relieve a little stress on my principal.
My students are primarily Title I students who cannot afford lunch, let alone the "pretty" supplies we use in the classroom.
We need the card stock to create review games to use all year long, paper to print the games on, and folders and bins to organize the directions. These review games will be organized so that students can access them at any time to test their knowledge.
