My Students
I am a teacher of 20 years at an elementary school in Milwaukee at a high poverty school. My classroom is made up of 33 second grade students. I service students whose educational needs greatly vary. A classroom set of school supplies will help my students be successful in their learning.
My Project
This new way of virtual learning and teaching has affected us all differently. I would like my students to be prepared with supplies when we return to our in person class setting. A classroom set of school supplies will help my students be successful in their learning. The basic school supplies will help assure that students will be prepared to learn how to write in all subject areas. They will be able to write in a notebook keeping their work organized. Students will learn how to solve math equations using their pencils and erasers as the most important tools that they will need.
