Back to the Basics of Baking Bread with Science Students

My Project

I'm reaching out to ask for your support in helping my students learn about science, math, and the culinary arts through a hands-on bread baking experiment. We need essential supplies like flour, yeast, sugar, and mixing bowls to make this project a success.

By donating, you’re not just providing materials like Apple Pencils so the teacher can digital write out baking instructions or ingredients like flour and wax paper for a clean and fun baking process, you’re investing in my students’ education and inspiring a love of learning.

These items will allow my students to engage in a hands-on, multi-sensory learning experience, developing a deeper understanding of scientific concepts like chemical reactions, temperature, and measurement. Additionally, the project will reinforce mathematical skills such as fractions, ratios, and data analysis.

My primary goal is to foster a love of learning and a curiosity about the world around us. By engaging in a fun and engaging activity like baking bread, students will see how science and math can be applied to real-life situations. I also hope to develop their problem-solving skills and encourage teamwork as they collaborate to complete the experiment.

My students are a unique and talented group of individuals. They are eager to learn and always up for a challenge. Their enthusiasm and creativity inspire me every day. I believe that this project will provide them with a valuable opportunity to explore their interests and develop new skills.

Thank you for your generosity!
