This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The first day of school can create anxiety for children of any age. There is much to prepare for, whether it's being designed academically or making friends in their new class. There are so many expenses associated with starting a new school year. We want to take some of the worries about materials off of the students.
To be successful and appeal to a variety of learning styles, many nontraditional resources are necessary.
This year, I would like to introduce our students to an organized method to make sure their voices are heard. These materials will allow students to be ready on day one of class, taking good notes and having the specific material needed to study. That will include a foundation in Robert's Rule of Order in a welcoming environment throughout the year.
