This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The start of a new school year is a time of excitement! I want to ensure that my incoming first graders that their families are as excited as I am to begin the year. One way I can help make that a reality is to alleviate the stress and added expense of purchasing back to school supplies.

My goal is for my classroom to be a welcoming environment.

I can help make each of my students feel welcome and cared for by providing each of them with all the supplies they need to be successful as they start first grade. We need crayons, dry erase pockets, pencils, glue sticks and more.

Your donation will help get a fully stocked supply kit into the hands of each of my incoming first graders. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
