This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello! My students come from a very low-income neighborhood - many come from food-insecure homes, and some don't eat when they aren't at school. This project will help give my students a little boost at the end of the day. Many times, they will find the teachers in the building that have extra snacks, and ask for those. I have typically purchased my own snacks for my kiddos, but I'd much rather spend my money on instructional materials! Any help you can provide would go a long way. Thank you!
