My Project

I have the pleasure of teaching at an all-girls school. The vision of the school is to develop globally-conscious college and career-ready STEMinists. This year, I will be teaching Physics, and I am excited for the opportunity to help the ladies explore the physical world in which they live.

Help me buy supplies to start the year off strong.

This year, we will need three sets of notebooks. The first will be for their start of class journal; in here, the students will off-load from the day's stressors and begin to transition to thinking about Physics and its role in their day-to-day life. Another notebook will be for their class notes, where they will be taking key points from the day's lesson. The last will be for labs! Students will be engaging in experiments and activities throughout the year in order to experience hands-on what Physics is about.
