This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how curious, kind, and enthusiastic my first graders are! Each day, they come in ready to learn, full of questions, and excited to try their best. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring so much heart and personality to our classroom.

Having access to beginning-of-year essentials will set the tone for a successful school year.

These materials—such as organizational tools, basic supplies, and learning resources—will help students stay focused, feel prepared, and take ownership of their learning. With individual supplies, they’ll gain responsibility and pride in their work. These resources will support a clean, structured, and engaging classroom environment where students can thrive academically and socially.
