Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school is a Title I school. My students come from hardworking families that do not always have what they need. They are eager to learn but just need extra support to meet their goals.

These basic school supplies will help my students complete engaging lessons to enhance their learning.

Many families can not afford school supplies. It can be difficult for students who are not able to come to school with new supplies like their peers. I want all my students to start off on an equal footing by providing basic school supplies that everyone needs in my classroom. I believe that providing my students with the necessary school supplies to be successful students is a great way to start their school experience.

These school supplies will support learning and activities in the classroom. Students will have brand-new items to support their creativity. It will mean the world to my students to begin the school year with these awesome school supplies.
