My Project
As the end of school approaches and summer begins, I am in the process of doing what all teachers do - getting ready for next school year! My district provides the basics, but I like to be able to give my students some additional perks to start the school year off right!
The supplies in this project will help my students stay organized and keep our classroom a neat and tidy place to learn!
The students will keep all of their supplies together in the pencil pouches, which they will then carry back and forth between classrooms. This decreases the trips students have to make back to our homeroom because of forgotten supplies, thus increasing learning time. Students love mechanical pencils, and the sharpeners will be perfect for students who prefer a traditional pencil. This will keep students more engaged as they can continue working and do not have to stop for unnecessary trips to the pencil sharpener. The privacy shields are perfect for students to use when they are taking tests. They also provide a retreat for students who simply need a quiet space.
