Help me give my students the necessities for their education. This project is essentially pencils and paper. After my 1st year teaching, I quickly realized these were the materials we needed most but of which we had least.

My Students

Students at my school are itching to learn. They crave passionate, stable teachers who show up every day and present material to them with excitement and relevance. They are booming with personality and discovering who they are every single day.

My students desire a quality education, yet they are unfortunately quite used to class materials that are either dysfunctional or absent.

As members of the North Tulsa community, they have so much to offer the world and are yearning for the opportunity to make something of themselves and accomplish their goals.

My Project

Students at our school are excited to get back to school, start the year fresh, and embark on a year of learning and growth, just as am I. We are excited to sharpen our pencils, and get to work! One of our classroom goals this year is to focus on developing our writing skills.

Students will use these materials to make connections and process their learning through argumentative writing and other written reflections.

Pencils with an electric sharpener, markers and paper are essential for us to meet our learning goals. Your support of this project is greatly appreciated as it aids in providing students with the most important materials they need to learn.
