Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are inquisitive thinkers, readers, and writers who deserve the proper tools to help them succeed in their 7th-grade English class.

Funding this project will help ensure all of my students have the basic tools they need to read, write, create, and collaborate in class together!

Donations will supply basic classroom essentials like paper, pens, pencils, and highlighters, which students use when annotating texts. Students LOVE using chart paper and markers in class when working on collaborative tasks! The BIC 4-Color Retractable Ballpoint Pens are a helpful resource for students to practice color-coding claims, evidence, and reasoning in their evidence-based responses and argumentative writing tasks. Index cards are a great organizational tool for students to use when planning out different parts of an essay or research project. And disinfectant wipes will help us keep our classroom clean!
