My students need school supplies to make the 2018-2019 school year the best one yet!

All of our school population receives free and reduced-price lunches (Title I) and my children come from a high-poverty background. Many of my students come to school anxious, upset, sad, and worried. I try to make my classroom a safe haven for them to be children and nothing more.
My students are kind, loving and adore learning with their whole hearts.
When you walk into our room you will hear a gentle hum of learning with a side of laughter and fun.
My students come from a high poverty background, and my students will not come into school with the proper supplies such as crayons or notebooks to make learning happen. I want to make sure that a lack of money does not hinder my students from learning everything that first grade has to offer!
Your donation will give us a years worth of basic school supplies such as ink and staples so that students can learn.
In a Title 1 school there is so much stacked against our students and I hope to break down one more barrier to an excellent education. All student deserve an education and it is incomprehensible that something as simple as school supplies should hinder any student from having a successful school year. We are excited to use markers to express our emotions, glue to make crafts and notebooks to share our new learning! Every supply from paper to folders is lovingly put into the hands of students.
