This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My classroom is safe-haven for young authors. It is where they can envision a story and make it come to life through their words.
My 4th grade students are of a low socioeconomic status, with most of them being on free or reduced lunch, making our school a Title I school.
They have a passion for learning and desire to succeed as writers and as the future leaders of our society.
My Project
My students need these two subject notebooks to complete classroom assignments. My students will be able to come into our classroom and start their day off on the right foot. They will have their own notebooks, that won't be as heavy or take up as much space in their desks or backpacks as other notebooks would. My students will have the resource to get their work done.
Your generous donation will help my students have the most basic supplies they need to encourage their futures as scientists and mathematicians.
It will make the learning process more enjoyable for my students.
