Each fall, my new kindergarten families eagerly bring their children to their first "big school" to meet me and familiarize themselves with their new classroom and school building. However, many families can find it financially difficult to do the usual "back-to-school" shopping for their children.
This project will provide basic supplies for a successful start to school while easing the financial burden that this economy has brought on for families.
The students will be creating with the multicultural markers and the water colors all year long! The glue sticks will be used almost daily for art projects and learning centers. The card stock and laminating sheets will allow me to create hands-on learning activities and student name tags necessary for back-to-school.
Providing my students with these materials will help me create materials to welcome my new students to school and help everyone get excited for school! Thank you for considering supporting my students for the start of a beautiful new school year!
