My Project
After 25 years as an elementary and middle school art teacher, I will be starting a second grade classroom from scratch starting in July. Hard to believe that the last time I taught as a "classroom teacher" was in the last millennium!
My classroom needs serious help.
The books, games and other items I am requesting will give me the initial boost I need to have a successful year with children who need a generous dose of love and care.
Our K-8 school is in urban Indianapolis. Our student body has many, many needs. We teachers do all we can for them each and every day, with an abundance of hard work, planning, organization, data, creativity, flexibility and hugs.
