My Students

I am truly fortunate to work with my diverse and unique second-graders every day. My learners have come to be proud of their accomplishments and work through their weaknesses, despite the challenges they face.

Many of my students deal with socioeconomic disadvantages which have been magnified over the last two years.

Now that we are back, we are more ready than ever! They never let the obstacles they face stand in the way of working hard and achieving their goals. I want them to have the type of experience that every child deserves to have - one that will leave them with fond memories and successes to be proud of.

My Project

These resources are dedicated to the many art projects my students will get to experience this year. After more than a year of distance learning, these students will be so thrilled to express their creativity in many different ways! Each resource listed directly benefits weekly art activities that allow students to learn more about themselves in addition to the world of art, creativity, and more.

With these materials, our second grade students will get to be active artists and participate in experiences that will increase their creative and artistic spirits.
